To vinify a white wine without the addition of SO2 without compromising on quality is not a sure-fire success. Absolute care and solid craftsmanship are required here. A tricky but welcome task for the accomplished Parra brothers. On the nose apples and pears, on the palate an aroma characterized by Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc, crisp and lively. Except for SO2, this wine is really not missing anything, enjoy it fresh for the next 12 months!
