This exciting cuvée is made from roughly equal parts Chenin Blanc and Viognier. The grapes come from the Stellenbosch and Paarl regions. The juice was fermented in a combination of stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels, with 100% of the Viognier being aged in French oak barrels. Before bottling, the wine spent four months on the fine lees to bring out its structure to its full potential. Notes of lychee, citrus aromas and pears are present on the nose. Spicy aromas are added on the palate. A wine with depth and a fine melt.
