This exciting cuvée is made from roughly equal parts Chenin Blanc and Viognier. The grapes come from the regions of Stellenbosch and Paarl. The juice was fermented in a combination of stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels, with the Viognier portion being aged 100% in French oak barrels. Before bottling, the wine spent four months on the fine lees to maximize its structure. On the nose notes of lychee, citrus aromas and pears. Spicy aromas come along on the palate. A wine with depth and fine melting.
