After his arrival at Stellar, the former winemaker Klaas Coetzee initiated a program with the farmers to select the best plots. There the yields were reduced and the grapes were carefully vinified in barriques. Only the best two (!) Barriques are filled with a noble equipment as GRANDE RÉSERVE on bottles. Strong style, with aromas of peach and noticeable but skilful use of barrique. Stellar is now finally entering the Olympus of absolutely high-quality top wineries! Each bottle is individually wrapped in tissue paper.
