Cornerstone White is an expressive blend of the white wine grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, and Chenin Blanc. After hand-harvesting, the grapes are pressed whole-cluster. The must ferments spontaneously in used oak barrels and matures for eight months on the lees without added sulfites. The nose reveals aromas of lime, white peach, and elderflower, underscored by notes of hay and cardamom. On the palate, it is precise and vibrant, with fresh acidity, a fine texture, and a long, balanced finish.
