The idea for this wine: to produce an Avesso with longer extraction. In addition, the wine matures in stainless steel tanks for a long time on the fine lees without filtration. In the nose there are citrusy notes like grapefruit and herbal ones like thyme. An exciting mix. In the mouth a fine, creamy structure with notes of yellow stone fruit and a light peppery note.
