As a limited bottling, it is pressed from the finest Chardonnay grapes, gently fermented in French oak barrels. Gooseberry and oak notes overlay the light golden color with an intense aroma of ripe peach and melon. The soft, creamy texture with a slightly tannic aftertaste provides the incredible mouthfeel, suitable for crayfish and seafood, vegetarian cuisine and cheese.
