The parceled harvest of the different clones allows the harmonious complexity of this product. The first harvest gives the wine freshness and minerality, the second seeks structure and body, while the third brings warmer and sunnier notes.

The three parts are vinified separately, with the must fermenting very slowly at low temperatures. The wine then rests for 5 months in steel containers on a bed of fine lees to fully enhance the varietal characteristics and give the wine structure and elegance.

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, a typical aroma with notes of cantaloupe, passion fruit, tomato leaf, grapefruit and rose. A dry, decisive taste with remarkable persistence. It is a wine characterized by the delicacy and extreme elegance of its notes.
