This fine grape variety owes its name to the fact that the grape takes on a copper color as it ripens, which lies between the so-called “white” and “black” grapes. The Pinot Grigio DOC is created by selecting the best grapes from our own cultivation.

Straw yellow in the glass, it offers intense and elegant notes of acacia and pear blossoms. The taste is dry, pleasantly fresh with a nice, elegant acidity.

It goes well with all fish dishes: shellfish, baked, fried or grilled fish, seafood starters, fish soups and fish risottos.
