The Fiano grapes are fermented in steel tanks, while the Chardonnay is fermented in new barriques. The result is a multi-faceted white wine that shows notes of tropical fruits, tea, sweet spices and vanilla. The 6-month bottle aging completes it in terms of expression, complexity and elegance.
