Pian di Stio is an organic Fiano that comes from selected plots of the vineyard in Stio at an altitude of 650 meters. The wine has a crystal clear, pale straw yellow color with greenish nuances. The nose reveals delicate floral and fruity aromas. On the palate it is refreshing, lively and opulent with a strong personality and a fantastic minerality. Good aging potential.
