Pian di Stio Evoluzione is a project to enhance the territory and native grape varieties. The Fiano grapes come from a specific micro-terroir in Stio, where only selected grapes are fermented and aged in French oak barrels. The wine shows an intense golden yellow color with notes of hazelnuts, caramelized almonds and vanilla. It is full on the palate.
