On the nose, notes of pear, red apple and freshly cut grass. On the palate, extract sweetness and a lovely melt, with a little quince and ginger as well as the aromatic freshness of dried Mediterranean herbs. On the finish, subtle bitter notes that are stimulating in the best sense of the word.
