Only 2,000 bottles of this premium white wine from the Langhe will be produced. The grapes come from the oldest Sauvignon vines in Monforte and Castiglione Falletto. The wine is fermented in barriques and remains on the fine lees for 18 months, which are stirred frequently. After another year of bottle aging, the wine is released; incidentally, only 900 bottles are available for Germany! Color: brilliant straw yellow. Aroma: grapefruit, orange blossom, cassis. Taste: racy and elegant, impressive fruit, long finish.
