Thanks to a wonderful vineyard rich in calcium carbonate, La Spinetta is able to obtain a Sauvignon with unique characteristics with notes of grapefruit and tomato leaves. In the mouth it is persistent but fresh, with a valuable minerality and an inviting acidity. Color: Sparkling yellow. Fragrance: gooseberry, grapefruit, cassis, nettle, flowers. Taste: full, good structure, gooseberry, very mineral.
