Passerina is an autochthonous white wine variety found in the regions of Abruzzo, Marche, Umbria and Lazio. As usual with Orsogna, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks for about 30 days after the whole bunch pressing. Maturation also takes place in steel tanks until filling. On the nose there are hints of white flowers and ethereal aromas. White-fleshed fruits with an intense and spicy taste dominate on the palate. An exciting addition to the range of grape varieties in Lunaria's Demeter wines.
