For this Chardonnay, only fully ripe grapes from calcareous clay soils are harvested. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for around two weeks, followed by aging in French barriques for 6 months. This creates a powerful yet delicately fragrant, elegant wine. Complex on the nose, with notes of white flowers and vanilla. Fruit aromas such as apple and apricot in the mouth, and a lovely creamy, delicately melting palate.
