For this Chardonnay, only fully ripe grapes from calcareous clay soils are harvested. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for about two weeks, followed by aging in French barriques for 6 months. This creates a powerful and at the same time delicately scented, elegant wine. Complex on the nose, with notes of white flowers and vanilla. In the mouth there are also fruit aromas such as apple and apricot, on the palate it is nice and creamy with a fine melt. As usual with the CORTE FIORE series, the equipment is very elegant and perfectly conveys the value of the wine.
