This Chardonnay comes from vines over 70 years old and matures in barrique barrels. Fermentation is temperature-controlled and does not involve malolactic fermentation, thus preserving the precise acidity. The nose offers elegant notes of toast, vanilla, and coconut, followed by aromas of dried fruit. On the palate, it is full-bodied with a long, acid-driven persistence.
