The main ingredient of Casòn Bianco is the Viognier grape variety, which has ripened very harmoniously and typically in recent years. In addition to this, grape varieties such as Petit Manseng, Roussanne, Marsanne and Chenin Blanc are also part of the mixed set. They are grapes that are very resilient thanks to their small, loose and thick-skinned berries. Even at higher temperatures, they have lower sugar levels and a good acid structure and are an important addition for us in the future development of the grape variety spectrum in South Tyrol. Color: bright, clear, golden yellow color. Smell: intense bouquet, aromatic, fruity (candied fruits), exotic spices, vanilla, roasted aromas. Taste: powerful structure, full-bodied, salty, fresh acidity.
