The great success of the red Bucefalo gave the winemakers at Lunaria the idea of trying the same experiment with a white wine. The result is impressive! The wine is made from partially dried Pinot Grigio grapes. The drying of the grapes and the resulting lower water content in the berries significantly concentrates the aroma of the wine. Tropical fruits on the nose, mild and dense on the palate, very fruity, yet catchy and not too thick. Nutritional values and ingredients
