The great success of the red Bucefalo gave the winemakers of Lunaria the idea of trying the experiment with a white wine. The result is impressive! The wine is made from partially dried Pinot Grigio grapes. By drying the grapes and the resulting lower proportion of water in the berries, the aroma of the wine is significantly concentrated. Tropical fruits on the nose, mild and dense on the palate, very fruity, yet catchy and not too thick.
