Giorgio Rivetti recognized the signs of the times and produced a fine, sparkling white wine. On his winery in Tuscany he has a small vineyard planted with the typical Vermentino grape variety. The wine is only made in stainless steel tanks and matures on the lees in the stainless steel tank for 4 months. Price and performance are perfect with this wonderfully mineral white wine. The shell limestone soil gives the wine its perfect acidity. Color: sparkling, intense yellow. Scent: very fruity, also reminiscent of rosemary and gooseberries. Taste: fruity, fresh, fine acidity, mineral, fine aftertaste.
