Perfectly grown with class, substance and juiciness, characterized by the limestone soil and with good potential for aging. Fermented in steel, 6 months on the fine lees, 80% in stainless steel and in tonneaux (20%). Spicy and with bite, naturally powerful, juicy, harmonious acidity.
