A Sauvignon Blanc from a large terroir for a Burgundy glass with a broad shoulder that can mature for a good 4-5 years. Perfectly grown with class, substance and juiciness, characterized by the limestone soil and with good potential to ripen. Fermented in steel, 6 months on the fine yeast, 80% in stainless steel and in tonneaux (20%). Spicy and with a bite, naturally powerful, juicy, harmonious acidity.
