A Sauvignon Blanc from great terroir for the Burgundy glass with a broad shoulder, which is allowed to mature for a good 4-5 years. Perfectly grown with class, body and juiciness, shaped by the chalky soil and with a good potential to mature. Fermented in steel, 6 months on the fine lees, 80% in stainless steel and in tonneaux (20%). Spicy and with bite, naturally powerful, juicy, harmonious acidity.
