White Wines Italy

This white wine is dedicated to General Valentino Sartore of the Kingdom of Savoy, who was temporarily staying in the heart of Rovereto.

Aromas of wild flowers are in perfect harmony with fruity notes of peach, almond and melon, complemented by a touch of vanilla and hazelnut.

The earth goddess Tellus lends her name to this full-bodied wine. Already its strong color reveals that this is a very complex, rich wine.

The grapes for the bright straw-yellow Falerio thrive on soil that tends to be sandy. On the nose it shows delicate, floral notes of hawthorn and citrus fruits.

The Soave can be described as the white heart of the Veneto. The main grape variety is the autochthonous Garganega grape.

Only the best grapes are used for the 'Molin'. A wine with an exceptional structure and a very polished scent. Its aroma reveals kiwi, lavender and almonds.

The Benedictine monks from Muri Abbey in Switzerland came to the canons' monastery, which was closed in 1806, in 1845.
