Young new aromas dominate, nutty-tender lemon/lime with a cornucopia of fruit aromas - in harmony with the balance of elegance, real freshness and complexity. Fascinating mouthfeel from the beginning to the long finish - almost begs for the next sip - what we particularly like is the evenly distributed strong effect on the palate. Furmint shows up beautifully with its delicate aromas, this is new in the wine world - super clean and long fresh sparkling finish. I also love the dry Furmint for its distinctive qualities: the high concentration of taste and aromas - this is almost Riesling-like, but very different. The minerality is also remarkable - especially the MAD appellation with its terroir of all types of volcanic rock and clay minerals of the South Zemplén Mountains, especially zeolite, shows a classiness and some saltiness that pleasantly enhances the next sip.
