Cool nose with herbs, salty notes and yellow fruit. Clear and delicately juicy, lively and fresh with a draw, firm body with an elegant structure, salty with pome fruit, tart stem notes and some shepherd's purse, deep and rich in extract, dry with pressure and precision, long with spicy apple, grapefruit and some extract sweetness in the finish.
