Firm, dried-vegetable to herbal and tobacco scent of citrus fruits and stone fruit with clear, smoky minerality, some ginger, hints of mushrooms and yellow-spicy notes. Tart and sweet at the same time in the mouth, ripe, firm, partly candied fruit with fine acidity and crumbly tannin, persistent on the palate, rock candy tones and some yellow spice, again a hint of ginger, still noticeably yeasty, clear minerality, good depth, some warmth, very good finish.
