Firm nose, citrus fruit and stone fruit, prominent dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, tobacco, prominent smoky mineral notes, some ginger, hint of mushrooms and spicy yellow notes. Tart and sweetish at the same time, ripe, firm, partly candied fruit, elegant acidity and mature tannins, persistent on the palate, notes of sugar candy and some yellow spiciness, again a hint of ginger, still noticeable yeasty, prominent mineral notes, good depth, some warmth, very good finish.
