Philipp has been producing this cuvée with 50% Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay since the 2014 vintage. Very elegant, fresh, balanced with scents of acacia honey, mango and some green banana. The wine has finesse. This is also evident on the palate, where it appears supple, harmonious and at the same time very firm and shines with delicate acidity and very well integrated wood notes. A top-class dining companion.
