Reductive herbal spontaneous wine. Clear and delicately juicy; herbs, yeast, some spice, and a hint of apple; very reductive and quite tart; firm body with power and backbone; invigorating; very racy and downright taut; extremely dry; slight astringency on the palate; some minerality on the finish with green apple skin, herbs, and a hint of yeast.
