Restrained nose with lots of nut pastries, some chocolate caramel cream, light floral notes and mirabelle plum tart. Clear and delicately juicy, lively and fresh with a clear train, still quite direct and even pointed, polished clear, like Mirabelle tart with herbs, saltiness and some pressure, deep and complex, compact minerality in the final with herbs, salt and hardly any fruit.
