This wine is fermented exclusively with wild yeasts in wooden barrels, without the addition of enzymes or fining agents. It is aged on the yeast for at least 18 months. In the glass you will find a strong, fragrant Riesling. Lemongrass, lime and slate blend harmoniously and combine with the aromas of green and black tea. On the palate, the wine is full of creaminess and richness, with clear notes of yeast and slate spice mixing with the lush aromas.
