The Scharzhofberg location is now one of the best Riesling locations in Germany! The vines in this location grow on weathered slate soils - almost the best prerequisite for first-class Riesling. Fermentation and aging take place in old wooden barrels. A firework of fresh lemon aromas and sweet pineapple accompanied by the barrenness typical of the Saar. A dancing sweet and sour interplay on the palate - excellent!
