Fascinating on the nose with a fine scent of lemon peel, flint, dried tarragon and jasmine. More open than the RECHBÄCHEL, but no less exciting. The structure is compact and finely nuanced. Ripe pear fruit, vineyard peach and a hint of mango. Long, salty but gentle finish with a rather subtle and fine acid structure.
