The Riesling RUPPERTSBERG VILLAGE is a cuvée from unclassified locations in Ruppertsberg. Grapes harvested by hand are gently pressed and then aged in stainless steel tanks and double wooden barrels. The wine impresses with an inviting nose with a subtle smoke aroma, fresh fruit notes of apple, grapefruit, vineyard peach, quince and orange peel as well as delicately salty citrus nuances. Very harmonious with lush fullness, herbal notes on the palate, juicy acidity and noticeable minerality. A top-class local wine!
