It's nice when he can do both, like Philipp Wittmann, and you can already feel the care and skill in the entry-level Riesling. Fine scent of apples and mandarins, very present on the palate, clear, creamy and fresh. Impressive quality in the liter bottle, ideally suited as a high-quality serving wine.
