Clear and delicately juicy, a firm body with power and backbone, lively and refreshing with a fine, intense pull, very polished, candied citrus fruit, slightly tart with some herbs and minerality, a slight astringency, well-integrated extract sweetness, deep and complex; only in the finish does the minerality gain pressure and intensity, accompanied by spice and more candied citrus fruit.
