Clear and delicately juicy, firm body with power and backbone, lively and refreshing with a fine, intense draw, very polished, candied citrus fruit, slightly tart with some herbs and minerality, slight astringency, well-integrated extract sweetness, deep and complex, the minerality only gains in the finish pressure and intensity, with spice and again candied citrus fruits.
