The Rieslings for this local wine grow west of Stetten. The vines are rooted in heavy, fertile soils from Gipskeuper and Unterem Bunten Marl. The hand-picked grapes are gently pressed and then spontaneously fermented. The wine matures in stainless steel containers until it is filled on the fine lees. Yellow fruity notes and meadow herbs dominate the nose. Firm acidity on the palate, which forms a nice contrast to the residual sweetness. Firm, juicy and delicately fruity Riesling with a floral note and a mineral finish.
