The Grantschener white wine Riesling HOLZ quality wine dry has juicy fruit, lively acidity and a fine body. High late harvest to selection quality and 5 months of maturation in large wooden barrels with coordinated integration of the precisely selected fine yeast form the characteristics of this white wine. The grapes for the GRANTSCHEN GROSSES HOLZ series are uncompromisingly high quality, fully ripe, healthy and are traditionally fermented on the mash. This series includes the quality wines Trollinger dry, Trollinger with Lemberger dry, Lemberger dry, Cuvée du Patron dry, Riesling dry and as a German quality wine the Lemberger Spätlese dry. The careful development in the cellar and a subsequent maturation period of up to nine months in large oak barrels gives these wines their special, passionate character and their delicate beauty.
