Very fine Kabinett semi-dry from the old school. The subtle residual sweetness stands in perfect contrast to the gripping acidity and leads to a harmonious overall impression. Yellow stone fruit like apricot and peach on the nose, but also a touch of grapefruit. Robust and firm on the palate, lots of minerality, incredibly juicy and yet so beautifully playful. A good length with the fine style typical of Kabinett.
