The wine has a straw yellow color with green reflections. The nose has aromas of ripe apricots, candied ginger, citrus, honey and mint. A Riesling with a stimulating, juicy balance of sweetness and acidity as well as a fine mineral structure. The finale shows candied fruits, a hint of cotton candy, a lot of melting and a long, juicy finish. The wine has body but no weight, and with a moderate alcohol content it does not weigh down the senses.
