A cuvée by Harold Faltermeyer from six different Pinot Gris components, matured in steel and oak barrels. Golden yellow with a noble shine and a smooth acidity. Fruity and fresh with notes of mirabelle plum, pear and peach. The vines in this composition come from old vines on the steep hillside of Kapellenberg. Every song has a story.
