Cool and reserved nose with pome fruit aromas and herbs. Very clear and delicately juicy, stimulating and fresh, slender body with a firm core, yellow apple in the mouth, some stone fruit, salty notes, herbaceousness and citrus aromas, very elegant, fine extract and fruit sweetness, long finish with beautiful fruit play and minerality.
