Light roasted notes on the nose with some tree bark, ripe pumpkin, some quince and ripe papaya. Clear and delicately juicy in the mouth; solid body with strength and backbone; ripe pear, papaya and some pumpkin with roasted notes, some wood spice; lively and fresh with a light draw; emerging saltiness on the palate with slight pressure; very dry looking; slightly astringent and even drying for the mouth; deep and complex; good finish with some mineral saltiness, spice, smoke and ripe quince.
