Clear and finely juicy, lively, fresh with draw, still quite direct, between polished and vibrating, extremely precise and cool appearance, firm body, appears slimmer than it is with backbone, emerging and extremely puristic saltiness on the palate with clear mineral pressure, sparse, very dry-looking, slightly astringent, tart citrus fruit with herbs and mineral saltiness in the finish.
