A firm, fresh, vegetal aroma with a hint of floral and delicate yeastiness, clear, bright yellow fruit flavors, and mineral notes. Straightforward, quite juicy, not quite dry fruit, yeasty and distinct mineral notes, fine acidity and moderate grip from ripe tannins, good persistence and substance, minerality in the background, some depth, quite firm structure, still undeveloped, very good, firm, juicy, and slightly peppery-spicy finish with bite and minerality.
