Very cool nose with iodine, stone, bright flowers and some herbs in the background. Clear and juicy; solid body with fine structure and backbone; some fine yeast with fresh pear, green apple, herbs and flowers; lively fresh with train; highly complex minerality on the palate with rock and a little saltiness; light extract sweetness; good balance; slight astringency; deep and complex with a lot of herbal minerality, slight saltiness and pome fruit in the final.
